Really comfy, cosy apartment with everything we needed. Great location between the shops and the historic centre with good restaurants nearby. Lovely view from balcony and comfy bed. Barbora was extremely welcoming and helpful upon arrival, an asset to your team. Spa lovely and worth the money.

It's a prime location in the heart of the delightful city of Viseu. The apartment is in a historical building, full of well preserved character. Everything is in a few minutes. But what we loved the most was the charming young lady who met us! Friendly and warm and so helpful with all the information we could ask for.

Met by Catarina who was really helpful. Room was really great size. Plenty of space. Facilities all there. Had a comfortable night. Really liked it for the convenience and within walking distance of the town centre and Porta do Soar. Easy access to restaurants and bars too.

It's a charming property set in a lovely location near the city centre. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and everything was flawless. The amenities are also excellent.

The apartment was quite spacious. We had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean, WiFi worked excellent. The apartment was in a very central location, on the side of a beautiful garden. We found a free parking spot right in front of our room. The staff was helpful, and also let us check out one hour later then we were supposed too

We had a wonderful stay here, the room was spacious and had a great view over the gardens at the front. Very comfortable lounge area too. Check in was smooth and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient. The area is very central and close to a lot of bars/restaurants and cafes. Also a short walk, around 10 minutes, from the bus station.

The service was extremely great!!! We came in late and past the check in time. They’ve given us advice and guidance for self check in. They even include the picture of the building and even better, the took a video of how to get it for access and all!!!! Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to come and have a holiday in Viseu, they air-con, wide open space for rooms.

Very nice garden outside, comfy bed, quiet street, friendly staff, very effective heater. Great location, 5 minutes to the nice park and to the main attractions. Good restaurants suggestions in partnership booklet
